The forests are restless today. Animals know that it will be better to stay in their lodges and wait the hunt out. However, it won't be that easy. The giant and brute creature who wields deadly weapons is not so stupid. He is accompanied by two predators that have been used by the Ogres as hunting dogs. They have large fangs, sharp claws and very good smell.

Every living species in the wilderness knows that howling sound of these feline animals is a sound of danger and closing death. Not to mention the brute humanoid who has a strength far more greater that the strongest bears in the forests. Wielding pelts of his preys, he is really a frightening figure to behold. In one hand, he has a deadly harpoon launcher who fire bolts from far away and kills animals in an instant. On his back, he wields spears which can be thrown or used in close combat. No one dare to approach him... That's are the rumours of the lone Ogre Hunters who were exiled from the community of his brethren. They were abandoned and threw in the giants holes because they were seen as the weakest ogres in the clan. However, not all of them died... Hunters are exceptions in this matter. They frequently accompany his tribe in the war or simply provide them food or do the recognition before the battle.

I really like this model, because the story behind it shows that even the weakest can become stronger. This project was a commission from my friend.
